  • What is the turnaround time?
    Each location will have its schedule posted as arranged by facility. As an example, place an order before 10am and it will be returned 2 days later. This excludes Saturday locker drop, public holidays and garments that require special services or a stain treatment or restoration.
  • How do I make payment?
    When you create an account in the app or online, your payment details are stored securely online with our credit card processor. Your card on file will be charged before delivery. You can view your receipt in your app or your web portal. If you have any questions, feel free to text us at 844-427-2420 or call 815-547-7770.
  • How do I make special requests for my order or use your alterations service?
    If you have any special requests or alterations, please include details in your order in the app or in the notes section online. Please place all alterations in the Blue Tote Bag.
  • What is the Neighborhood Lockers VIP Bag Kit?
    You will receive a Neighborhood Lockers kit free of charge with your first order. The Neighborhood Lockers VIP Bags protect your garments and keep them pristine. Use this bag with every order
  • What areas do you service?
    We service Belvidere, Rockford, Roscoe, and other surrounding areas. And you will find our lockers in different locations and we are adding more. Check back!
